Where does your HR function stand?
A five-level HR maturity framework for growing businesses.
This educational framework describes five levels of HR maturity. Find the level that best describes your company today, then see what to prioritize next.
This is an educational self-assessment. Results are directional and are not legal, compliance, or HR advice. Every business is different. Use this framework to spark a conversation, not to draw final conclusions.
Use this five-level framework to understand your current HR stage, recognize what may be missing, and identify the next capabilities your business should build.
